Who you are

You have a proven track record in client success or account management, ideally within the technology or entertainment sectors. You excel at building long-term relationships and understand the importance of aligning technology with business goals. Your analytical skills allow you to derive insights from data, helping clients achieve their objectives. You are a strong communicator, capable of managing complex accounts and facilitating business reviews. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn about commercial strategy and product adoption. You are comfortable with travel, as you may need to attend client events to strengthen relationships.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Manager at SeatGeek, you will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring that they derive maximum value from our technology. You will identify opportunities for product adoption and commercial improvement, working closely with clients to enhance their performance. Leading business reviews, you will deliver insights that support renewals and overall client success. Your role will involve managing daily communications, resolving issues, and building trust with a diverse portfolio of clients.
