What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Discovery team at SeatGeek, you will lead a talented group of engineers responsible for enhancing the initial stages of the customer journey. You will manage the development and maintenance of features related to product search, recommendations, and personalized content. Collaborating closely with Product, you will prioritize and plan enhancements that deliver value to both fans and enterprise customers. You will guide your team in improving operational and engineering best practices, ensuring that development processes are efficient and effective. Regular one-on-ones and performance feedback sessions will be part of your routine, as you support your direct reports in their career development. Additionally, you will play an active role in the recruiting process, helping to identify and attract top engineering talent to SeatGeek.
