You have extensive experience in HR operations and total rewards, ideally with a focus on compensation and benefits strategy. Your background includes working closely with executive teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring that every employee feels valued and motivated. You understand the importance of creating a competitive rewards philosophy that reflects the unique culture of SeatGeek.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to partner effectively with finance teams to build sophisticated models for merit cycles and equity programs. Your ability to leverage technology, including AI and automation, will help streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience. You are a mentor and leader, capable of managing a high-performing team of HR professionals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect the global strategy for total rewards, ensuring that it balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek's culture. You will act as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO, leading the preparation for Compensation Committee meetings and designing innovative equity programs. Your focus will be on elevating the employee experience, ensuring that team members understand the value of their compensation and benefits.
You will modernize HR operations by implementing AI and automation to streamline processes, making them as seamless as the fan-facing app. Your leadership will empower your team to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, helping them grow and develop in their careers.
