Who you are
You have extensive experience in HR operations and total rewards, ideally with a focus on compensation and benefits. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect a multi-year global rewards philosophy that aligns with company culture and market competitiveness. You are a trusted advisor to executives, capable of leading discussions on compensation strategies and equity programs that drive shareholder value.
You possess strong financial acumen, enabling you to partner with finance teams to build sophisticated models for merit cycles and promotions. Your ability to elevate the employee experience ensures that team members understand the value of their compensation packages, equity, and benefits. You are also passionate about leveraging technology, particularly AI and automation, to streamline HR operations and enhance internal processes.
What you'll do
As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will define and evolve the global rewards strategy, ensuring it reflects SeatGeek's unique culture while remaining competitive in the market. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and CHRO, preparing for Compensation Committee meetings and designing innovative equity programs.
Your role will involve financial stewardship, where you will work with finance to create models that ensure responsible scaling of compensation and benefits. You will lead a high-performing team of compensation, benefits, and HR operations professionals, mentoring them to achieve excellence in their roles.
In addition, you will modernize HR operations by implementing AI and automation solutions that make internal processes seamless. Your mission is to ensure that every employee feels valued and empowered, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
