Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in consumer-facing products — you've successfully led design projects that enhance user engagement and simplify complex processes. Your portfolio showcases your ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that resonate with users. You are proficient in design tools like Figma and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about live events and understand the nuances of creating a seamless shopping experience for fans. You are adept at conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions, ensuring that the end product meets user needs and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define the vision and strategy for the event page, which is a critical part of the shopping journey for fans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a user experience that is not only functional but also emotionally engaging. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand pain points in the ticket selection process, designing wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also work on creating design systems that ensure consistency across the platform. Your goal is to make the ticket purchasing process as magical as the live event experience itself, guiding fans through their options and helping them make informed decisions.
