What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Secfix, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their compliance journey, starting from the initial onboarding call to renewal and beyond. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate the complexities of compliance and finding innovative ways to add value to their experience with Secfix.
