Sendbird is hiring a Product Quality & GTM Ops Intern to support AI and operations teams in Seoul. You'll evaluate customer conversation data and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Sendbird’s AI products.

What you'll do
In this role, you will evaluate and analyze real customer conversation data to assess the quality and behavior of AI-powered chat experiences. You will identify patterns, edge cases, and quality gaps in AI-generated conversations, providing structured feedback to product and operations teams. Additionally, you will support partnership initiatives, including operational work related to AWS deals and other strategic partnerships. Your contributions will directly influence the product quality and go-to-market strategy of Sendbird’s AI products, making this an impactful role.
