Overview
Sendbird is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead high-impact customer deployments of their AI Agent platform. You'll work closely with engineering and customer success teams to drive product development and enhance customer experience. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in a product-facing role and a technical background.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of previous experience in a PM or other product-facing role, ideally with a background in consulting which is a huge plus. You hold a CS degree or possess a technical equivalent that allows you to understand code while being more business-facing. As a mission-driven builder, you thrive at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems in fast-paced environments. You have a strong desire to make an immediate impact through close collaboration with customers, ensuring their needs are met at scale. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and drive alignment across teams.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to inform product decisions and have a knack for translating customer feedback into actionable insights that shape product roadmaps. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to adapt to changing circumstances make you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead high-impact customer deployments of Sendbirdβs AI Agent platform, guiding projects from pilot to production. You will act as the connective tissue between customer feedback and Sendbirdβs core product roadmap, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized in product development. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you will help define product requirements and specifications, ensuring that the final product meets both customer expectations and business objectives. You will also engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, using this information to inform future product iterations and enhancements. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing data, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
