Sendbird is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead high-impact customer deployments of their AI Agent platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and contribute to the product roadmap. This position requires strong communication skills and experience in product management.

You have 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on customer-facing roles. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be the bridge between customer needs and the engineering team.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for understanding complex business requirements. Your analytical mindset allows you to capture insights from customer interactions and turn them into clear feedback for product and engineering teams. What you'll do
As a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Sendbird, you will lead customer deployments of our AI Agent platform from pilot to production. You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs and design production-grade agents that deliver measurable value. Your role will involve capturing insights from the field and turning them into clear feedback for product and engineering teams, ensuring that our offerings align with customer expectations.
You will contribute to the development of internal tooling and playbooks that enable faster and more reliable future deployments. Collaborating closely with customers across the APAC region, you will ensure that their feedback is integrated into our core product roadmap. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be crucial as you engage with diverse stakeholders.
