You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in roles that require direct customer engagement and technical execution. Your customer-obsessed mindset allows you to build strong relationships and understand the nuances of deploying AI solutions effectively.
You possess a creative approach to problem-solving and are comfortable working at the intersection of product, solutions, and customer success. Your ability to translate frontline insights into scalable product enhancements is a key strength, enabling you to deliver real business outcomes for customers. You are passionate about leveraging AI technology to enhance customer experiences and are excited about the opportunity to shape the forward-deployed motion at Intercom.

What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with customers to design and deploy AI agents that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with engineering and solutions teams to ensure that deployments are successful and that customers are satisfied with the outcomes. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer feedback, analyzing deployment success, and iterating on product features based on real-world usage.
You will also be responsible for shaping the forward-deployed product management process at Intercom, ensuring that it aligns with customer expectations and business goals. This includes defining success metrics, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
Your role will require you to be hands-on, embedding with customers to understand their challenges and opportunities. You will leverage your insights to inform product strategy and contribute to the overall vision of Intercom's AI solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
