You are skilled in identifying and onboarding new key carrier partners, expanding the carrier network within both Italian and international companies. You have a strong understanding of operational processes and are committed to adhering to existing protocols while supporting the creation of new ones. Your ability to analyze market opportunities will be crucial in scaling the spot business effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will co-own the P&L and growth of the spot department, working to scale the spot business from A to Z. You will manage day-to-day interactions with carriers and customers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and profitability is maximized. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Supervisor, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams to drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include identifying unexplored customer opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial Team and ensuring adherence to operational processes. You will play a key role in expanding the carrier network by identifying and onboarding new key carrier partners, which will be essential for the growth of the business.
