What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Transport & Carrier Operations, you will oversee daily shipment operations, ensuring that all transport services meet the highest quality standards. You will coordinate both domestic and international truck transport, closely monitoring all shipments to guarantee timely deliveries. Building and managing relationships with national and international carriers will be a key part of your role, as you will identify and onboard new partners based on pricing and performance metrics. You will negotiate spot rates to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. Additionally, you will handle booking processes, check customs documentation, issue transport insurance, and track shipments through to delivery. Analyzing operational data, including KPIs and delivery times, will be essential for driving continuous improvements in our logistics processes. You will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Finance, and Quality, to resolve issues and streamline workflows, ensuring a seamless logistics experience for our customers.
