Who you are
You have a strong command of English at least at B2 level and Polish at C1 level, enabling you to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and enjoy building long-term business relationships with subcontractors and clients alike. Your ability to analyze market conditions and report activities will be crucial in this role.
You are ready to negotiate important transport agreements and connect carriers with our clients, ensuring that logistics processes are efficient and effective. Your experience in the logistics industry will help you adapt quickly to the demands of this position, and you are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of logistics processes.
What you'll do
As a Spedytor Międzynarodowy, you will be responsible for establishing strong contractual relationships and negotiating transport conditions with carriers in the spot market. You will connect carriers with our clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise. Your goal will be to develop a competitive product and ensure reliable service along designated transport lines based on the needs of both current and new carriers and clients.
You will collaborate daily with carriers on the execution of orders, searching for new carriers in specified markets. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess the current market situation and report your findings in our systems. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of logistics at sennder, where we leverage data and technology to enhance efficiency and sustainability in freight transport.
