Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in a similar position, which would be a nice to have, and you hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, particularly Excel, and possess effective and flexible communication skills. Your strong customer service and interpersonal skills enable you to build professional relationships with customers and provide timely service.
What you'll do
As a Collections Representative, you will work with a diverse range of customers and offices to resolve issues and collect on aging invoices. This role provides an exciting opportunity to build relationships and utilize critical thinking skills to address collections challenges. You will analyze and monitor the company's accounts receivable balance and cooperate with internal stakeholders to improve the company's OTC indicator. Additionally, you will leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices and contribute to establishing a new dunning system and process.
