What you'll do

In this role, you will spend most of your time establishing contractual relationships with carriers and negotiating spot market agreements. You will be responsible for reaching out to carriers based on interest generated by our customers, providing daily status updates, and identifying issues that need resolution. You will work closely with colleagues to determine the best solutions and implement them effectively. Your tasks will include matching trucks to loads, both under contractual and transactional obligations, and developing supply chain solutions that support our go-to-market strategy for customers. You will also be involved in maintaining and expanding relationships with carriers, identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
