What you'll do
As a Carrier Coverage Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for trucking companies and owner-operators. Your responsibilities will include booking shipments and supporting our growing carrier network through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and web chat. You will work closely with the Carrier Procurement department to secure reliable carrier capacity, ensuring that customer freight is moved efficiently.
You will handle a high volume of communications, requiring you to be organized and detail-oriented. Your role will involve problem-solving and quick decision-making to address any issues that may arise during the booking process. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, providing feedback and insights based on your interactions with carriers.
