What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Global Logistics team, working closely with the Supervisor and Director of Global Logistics. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement competitive shipping solutions that balance cost and customer experience. You will oversee the performance of vendors, refining metrics and KPIs specific to the EU market. Additionally, you will provide training and support to team members, ensuring a consistent understanding of logistics processes. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team through compliance requirements and market regulations. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive logistics efficiencies and improve overall operations.
