Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in developer relations, ideally with a focus on AI infrastructure and community engagement. You are entrepreneurial and passionate about fostering a vibrant developer community, understanding the needs of developers, and translating that into actionable strategies. Your experience includes working with open-source tools and decentralized AI systems, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of modern AI stacks.
You have a proven track record of building and engaging communities across platforms like GitHub, Discord, and Twitter/X. Your ability to advocate for developers and create meaningful content that resonates with them is a key strength. You thrive in environments where you can wear multiple hats, from educator to strategist, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape how developers interact with new technologies.
Desirable
Experience launching ambassador programs or community onboarding initiatives is a plus. You have public speaking experience and a history of creating useful developer-facing content that drives engagement and adoption. Familiarity with LLM infrastructure and agent frameworks will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and lead the developer relations strategy for Sentient, collaborating closely with founders and product leads. You will build and engage a global developer community, fostering an inclusive culture around Sentient's open-source initiatives and APIs. Your responsibilities will include owning the developer journey from first contact to successful integration, responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding early adopters through onboarding and technical integrations.
You will collect feedback from developers and relay it to product and engineering teams to ensure that their needs are met. Your role will also involve creating content that educates and inspires developers, helping them to leverage Sentient's platform effectively. You will be the bridge between the technical team and the developer community, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that developers feel supported throughout their journey.
