What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Event Streaming team, you will lead a talented group of engineers responsible for building and maintaining Sentry's Event Streaming Platform. This platform is crucial for processing and routing events, providing real-time insights that empower developers. You will set the technical vision for the team, ensuring that the architecture supports scalability and reliability.

You will be involved in performance monitoring and incident response, ensuring that the platform meets the high standards expected by Sentry's customers. Your role will also include collaborating with product management and design teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
