You are a talented Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You have experience in owning the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that every detail contributes to a seamless user journey. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with product and engineering teams, leveraging their insights to enhance your designs. You are passionate about using design to solve complex problems and improve user satisfaction.
You have a solid understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in design tools such as Figma. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively makes you a valuable team member.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process for various product surface areas, including the AI Dialer, AI Coaching, and AI Studio. You will collaborate closely with the founders and the engineering team to ship innovative AI products that meet the needs of industry-leading customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will ensure that the design aligns with the overall product vision and enhances the user experience.
You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
