Overview

You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in hardware, with experience leading product development from concept to launch. You understand user needs deeply and can translate them into actionable product strategies. Your ability to balance user priorities with technical constraints is key to your success. You have experience mentoring and leading teams, providing strategic direction while fostering a collaborative environment. You stay informed about market trends and dynamics, ensuring your products lead the way in innovation. You are comfortable making difficult decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive impactful change.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sesame's hardware products. You will lead the end-to-end product development process, from prototyping to post-launch updates, ensuring that products meet user needs and market demands. You will define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform future decisions. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will help drive the go-to-market strategy and community engagement efforts. Your leadership will guide a small team of product managers, where you will provide mentorship and strategic direction. You will also engage with marketing to ensure effective communication and positioning of products in the market.
