What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, focusing on hiring Go-To-Market talent for SevenRooms. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding. You will also play a key role in supporting the first-year experience of new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture and achieve their career goals. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing internal mobility and employee engagement, fostering a sense of community within the organization.
