What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across all functions, including Business Development, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering. You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans tailored to the needs of different teams. As a point person for hiring, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your role will be pivotal in helping Braze scale its operations in the EMEA region, and you will play a key part in shaping the future of the company by bringing in exceptional talent.
