You are a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies. What you'll do
In this role, you will perform periodic reviews of business activities as mandated by the Sezzle Compliance Management System and Compliance Monitoring Program. You will contribute to a compliance audit and monitoring team, completing scheduled activities according to deadlines. Your responsibilities will include conducting compliance control testing and transactional reviews to identify any areas of concern. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that compliance measures are integrated into daily operations, and you will assist in the continuous improvement of compliance programs. Your role is critical in maintaining Sezzle's commitment to regulatory adherence and fostering a culture of accountability.
