What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of key elements of the Continuous Monitoring program, ensuring that compliance processes are effectively implemented and maintained. You will partner with technical teams to track risks and improve control effectiveness, contributing to the overall security and compliance posture of the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the common control framework that underpins our compliance objectives, ensuring that all processes are aligned with industry standards and regulations. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the frameworks and processes that support our global compliance initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to drive compliance efforts across the organization.

You will engage in regular assessments of compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating compliance data and reporting findings to senior management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business operations, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Additionally, you will participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees about compliance policies and procedures, promoting a strong compliance culture.
