What you'll do
As a Fraud Operations Analyst at Sezzle, you will be responsible for monitoring users and transactions to identify abusive or fraudulent behavior. You will review suspicious activities flagged by Sezzle’s fraud detection system and escalate issues as necessary. Your role will involve blocking users deemed fraudulent or risky and clearing false positive flags from our automated systems. You will collaborate closely with Customer Support agents to ensure a seamless experience for legitimate users while maintaining the integrity of the platform.
