What you'll do

As a Fraud Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing flagged transactions to determine their legitimacy. You will make accurate fraud/non-fraud decisions by adhering to defined policies and procedures. Your role will involve conducting outbound customer communications to verify suspicious charges and confirming account activity when necessary. You will document investigation outcomes and customer interactions in internal case management systems, ensuring that all actions taken are in accordance with standard operating procedures. Meeting or exceeding defined service level agreements while maintaining high decision accuracy will be critical to your success in this role.
