You have a strong background in fraud operations, with a proven track record of accurate decision-making in high-volume environments. Your experience includes working with fraud tools and case management systems, which enables you to effectively analyze flagged transactions and determine their legitimacy. You thrive in a fast-paced operational setting and are comfortable working across rotating shifts as part of a 24×7 team. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to conduct outbound customer interactions to verify suspicious charges effectively.

You understand the importance of adhering to established fraud policies and service level agreements (SLAs), and you consistently meet or exceed these standards. Your attention to detail ensures that you document investigation outcomes and customer interactions clearly in internal systems. You are familiar with the fintech, payments, travel, or e-commerce environments, which adds to your ability to navigate complex fraud scenarios.

What you'll do

As a Senior Fraud Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting customers by reviewing and analyzing flagged transactions. You will make accurate fraud/non-fraud decisions by following defined policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include conducting outbound communications with customers to verify account activity when necessary and documenting all investigation outcomes in internal case management systems.

You will take appropriate actions on confirmed fraud cases, which may involve transaction blocking or account-level actions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Your role will require you to work efficiently in a 24×7 shift-based environment, participating in one of three rotating shifts as needed. You will also escalate complex or high-risk cases to leads in line with established protocols, ensuring that all actions taken are in the best interest of the customer and the company.
