You are a talented and motivated Chargeback Operations Analyst with a high IQ and a high EQ. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team. Your analytical skills allow you to effectively analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with fraud and risk management, to navigate complex issues on a case-by-case basis. You are proactive in making recommendations to improve processes and scale operations, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in customer service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing disputes filed against Sezzle, working closely with the fraud/risk team and customer disputes team. You will navigate issues on a case-by-case basis, determining the best course of action to help customers resolve their disputes. Your recommendations to the Chargeback Manager will be crucial in improving and scaling operations. You will also engage with various stakeholders to ensure that the chargeback process is efficient and effective, contributing to the overall mission of Sezzle to empower consumers and merchants alike.
