Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes filed against Sezzle. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working closely with teams to navigate complex issues on a case-by-case basis.
You possess a strong understanding of chargeback processes and are eager to make recommendations to improve and scale operations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams sets you apart, as you strive to help customers get unstuck from challenging situations.
What you'll do
As a Chargeback Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing disputes and determining the best course of action to resolve them. You will work closely with our fraud/risk team and customer disputes team, ensuring that each case is handled with care and precision. Your role will involve making recommendations to the Chargeback Manager on how to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
