What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the site reliability engineering efforts at Sezzle, focusing on improving the reliability and performance of our systems. You will collaborate closely with development teams to design and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring that we can quickly respond to incidents and maintain high service availability. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for incident management and post-mortem analysis, fostering a culture of accountability and learning.

You will also play a key role in capacity planning and performance tuning, working to optimize our infrastructure to handle increasing loads while maintaining cost efficiency.
