What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the site reliability engineering efforts at Sezzle, focusing on enhancing the reliability and performance of our systems. You will design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Collaborating with development teams, you will ensure that new features are built with reliability in mind, conducting thorough reviews and providing guidance on best practices.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes to streamline operations. Your expertise will be crucial in capacity planning and performance tuning, ensuring that our infrastructure can handle increasing loads as we grow. Additionally, you will play a key role in incident management, leading post-mortem analyses to learn from outages and improve our response strategies.
