What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of Sezzle's systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement monitoring and alerting systems that proactively identify issues before they impact users. You will also develop and maintain infrastructure as code practices, ensuring that deployments are consistent and repeatable. Your responsibilities will include conducting post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. You will play a key role in capacity planning and performance tuning, ensuring that systems can scale effectively as demand grows. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of reliability within the team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Sezzle's technology stack, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of site reliability.
