Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, with a strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your background includes designing and deploying cloud-native infrastructures, and you are well-versed in automation practices using tools like Terraform and Ansible. You possess solid skills in managing Kubernetes environments and have a deep understanding of containerization. Your scripting abilities in Python and Shell complement your technical expertise, allowing you to optimize cloud resources effectively.
You are familiar with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices, ensuring that the infrastructures you build are not only functional but also secure and compliant. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with teams to implement innovative cloud solutions. Your passion for continuous learning is evident as you actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in cloud technologies.
What you'll do
As a Cloud Engineer at SFEIR, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud-native infrastructures on GCP. You will implement automation solutions using Terraform and Cloud Build, ensuring that deployments are efficient and reliable. Your role will involve setting up Kubernetes architectures with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and managing multi-cloud environments using Anthos. You will also focus on securing cloud environments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will optimize the costs and performance of cloud resources, contributing to the overall efficiency of the infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in DevOps and SRE, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable. You will have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects for major clients, further enhancing your expertise in cloud technologies.
