What you'll do

As a Shift Supervisor at Shapeways, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our plastic injection molding facility — your role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to innovative manufacturing and exceptional service. You will lead one of the shifts, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

You will manage personnel, including recruitment and training, to build a strong team that can meet the demands of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring manufacturing metrics and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
