You have a strong analytical mindset and a business-oriented approach, with experience in identifying market opportunities and evaluating strategic partnerships. Your ability to enable data-driven decision making is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams across commercial, product, and strategy functions. You are comfortable conducting market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic planning and have a knack for developing actionable insights from complex data sets.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to gather insights from clients and stakeholders to inform value propositions and product requirements. Your experience in tracking and reporting KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics will be invaluable as you assist the commercial team with lead generation and partner qualification. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of monitoring performance of ongoing partnerships to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct thorough market research to support Shift4's strategic planning efforts. You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market segments, partnerships, and revenue streams that align with the company's growth initiatives. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you develop, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics for new initiatives and sales actions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, and Operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of new business initiatives. Your insights will help shape value propositions and product requirements, making you a key player in the company's growth strategy. Additionally, you will assist the commercial team with lead generation and partner qualification, ensuring that Shift4 continues to expand its market presence effectively.
