Who you are
You are a customer-focused individual with a knack for technical troubleshooting. You have experience in providing support and resolving issues, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with customers. Your familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite allows you to efficiently manage tasks and communicate effectively with team members.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats. You are detail-oriented and can analyze call logs to identify trends and underlying problems, ensuring that you provide effective solutions to merchants and external sales partners.
What you'll do
As a POS Support Associate at Shift4, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to SkyTab POS systems and credit card terminals. You will listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, guiding them through corrective steps to resolve their issues. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to contribute to terminal and system performance improvements, enhancing merchant satisfaction.
You will receive and resolve inbound calls, emails, chats, tasks, and tickets, maintaining a cooperative and professional relationship with coworkers and customers alike. Completing projects under tight deadlines while managing competing priorities will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you meet the high standards of customer service that Shift4 is known for.
