You are an energetic and proactive individual with hands-on warehouse experience, particularly in order picking. You are eager to learn quickly and meet the day-to-day requirements of the Fulfillment Associate role. Your attention to detail ensures that you can accurately check incoming products and verify counts, making you a perfect fit for our Fulfillment Services team.

You have experience operating warehouse management software systems, which allows you to control inventory effectively and manage stock shelves. Your familiarity with the fulfillment process, especially in handling gift and loyalty cards, will help you thrive in this role. You understand the importance of accuracy in processing order pick-lists and cross-checking picked orders to ensure quality control.

What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will report to and assist the Fulfillment Manager with various aspects of the Gift Card fulfillment process. Your responsibilities will include receiving and checking incoming products, verifying counts, and itemizing and storing inventory. You will operate the Warehouse Management software system to control inventory and manage stock levels.

You will process order pick-lists and submit gathered orders for quality control cross-checking. Ensuring accuracy in picked orders is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our fulfillment operations. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you contribute to the growing needs of our UK clients.
