What you'll do

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations leaders and associates within the fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include training new team members, assisting with various production duties such as picking and packing orders, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also be tasked with maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating the smooth operation of loading and unloading trucks.

In this role, you will motivate your team to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe working environment. You will be involved in various roles within the fulfillment center, including Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere.
