You are detail-oriented and understand the significance of inventory accuracy and efficient order processing in a fulfillment center.
What you'll do
As a Lead Fulfillment Associate, you will hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center, including Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk. You will perform production duties as needed, such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing products, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Your leadership will be crucial in communicating instructions to other associates and motivating them to achieve operational excellence.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Your role will involve collaborating with operations leaders to deliver strong results and support the overall mission of Amazon to be the most customer-centric company on Earth.
What we offer
Amazon offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $24.00, along with eligibility for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses.
