Shift4 is hiring a VP of Human Resources to lead HR strategies for their Product & Technology division. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align business goals with people strategies. This role requires extensive experience in HR within global tech organizations.

You are an experienced HR leader with a strong background in supporting global tech organizations. You have a proven track record of shaping and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, particularly in high-growth environments. Your ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership makes you a trusted advisor in the organization. You are passionate about talent development and have experience designing career paths and development frameworks for technical teams.
You have a deep understanding of organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring that talent strategies support the fast-paced nature of technology functions. Your experience includes providing executive coaching to senior leaders, enhancing their effectiveness and team dynamics. You are committed to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As the VP of Human Resources at Shift4, you will serve as the primary HR leader and advisor to the Chief Product Officer and the Technology leadership team. You will drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring that talent strategies are aligned with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve influencing senior leadership on HR initiatives and workforce investments, as well as managing change effectively within the organization.
You will design and implement career paths and development frameworks for the Product & Technology teams, ensuring that employees have clear growth opportunities and access to skill development resources. Additionally, you will provide executive coaching to senior leaders, helping them enhance their leadership effectiveness and improve team dynamics. You will also drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.
