What you'll do

As the People Technology Lead, you will be responsible for architecting advanced system configurations and developing complex integrations within the Workday platform. You will lead system configuration, business process design, reporting, and analytics projects, ensuring that they align with the overall goals of the People Operations team. Your role will involve partnering closely with People Operations specialists, IT, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders globally to deliver effective solutions.

You will oversee the development of sophisticated reporting frameworks that provide insights into the organization's people data. Your expertise in Workday Studio will be crucial in building integrations that enhance the functionality of the platform. You will also be responsible for ensuring that security policies are adhered to and that the system is configured to meet the organization's needs.
