What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fulfillment centers in Louisville. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our fulfillment processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our technology is utilized effectively to enhance performance.

You will lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
