Who you are

You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine learning and data science, demonstrating a strong ability to solve complex unstructured business problems using data. Your educational background includes a B. Tech from a Tier-1 college or an M.S/M. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You possess a high sense of ownership and are skilled at data interpretation, thriving in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments. Your passion for technology drives you to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.

You are highly proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, and you have a solid understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts. Your experience includes working with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn, which you use to perform data analysis and model building. You also have exposure to distributed big data processing tools like PySpark and are comfortable working in environments that utilize AWS.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business context and identify data-driven solutions to their challenges. You will work on a variety of cutting-edge data science and machine learning problems, applying your expertise to develop models that improve accuracy and monitor performance. Your responsibilities will include data extraction from EDW/Big Data platforms, dataset preparation, and performing exploratory data analysis (EDA).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of what is possible in data analytics and machine learning. Your role will involve not only technical execution but also mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of mutual respect and teamwork. You will be expected to communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring that data insights translate into actionable business strategies.
