You have over 15 years of experience in project delivery, client engagement, or analytics delivery management — your background includes strong expertise in analytics, consulting, and IT services, enabling you to handle complex project execution and governance effectively. You possess excellent client-facing skills, having worked with US and global clients, and are adept at managing client escalations and governance reviews. Your familiarity with data science and data engineering is rated at a solid 7/10, and you are well-versed in QA frameworks, risk tracking, and BI dashboards, particularly with tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Your leadership capabilities shine through your ability to manage multiple project teams, mentor delivery managers, and drive process improvements. You have experience managing teams of 50+ and overseeing a portfolio valued at $4-5 million, showcasing your capacity to handle significant responsibilities and deliver results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the delivery of analytics projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing project governance and execution, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Your role will involve mentoring delivery managers, fostering their professional growth, and implementing best practices across project teams.

You will engage with clients regularly, addressing their needs and concerns while managing escalations effectively. Your familiarity with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow will be crucial in tracking project progress and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of BI dashboards to provide insights and reports that help drive decision-making.
