Who you are

You have extensive experience in leading AI initiatives, particularly in deep learning and Generative AI, and you are passionate about solving complex unstructured business problems. Your familiarity with multiple domains such as CPG, pharma, and BFSI allows you to understand diverse business contexts and tailor AI solutions accordingly. You possess a strong understanding of fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI, ensuring that your solutions are responsible and ethical.

You have hands-on knowledge of AI services across major cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI, which enables you to design and implement robust AI architectures. Your ability to identify emerging technologies and trends in Generative AI positions you as a thought leader in the field, and you are skilled at establishing best practices and governance for AI initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Director of the AI Center of Excellence, you will lead a team focused on exploring and implementing cutting-edge deep learning and Generative AI solutions across various industries. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and validate the feasibility of proposed AI solutions, ensuring that they align with client objectives. Your role will involve running innovation sprints to test the applicability of new Generative AI technologies and building reusable artifacts for common approaches.

You will collaborate closely with pre-sales teams to demonstrate the capabilities of AI solutions and work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to production. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across delivery, marketing, and sales teams, driving the successful implementation of AI initiatives. You will also monitor emerging trends and tools in Generative AI, keeping the organization at the forefront of AI advancements.
