Who you are
You have 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer, showcasing a portfolio that highlights your work across both B2B and B2C projects. Your proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, allows you to create quick prototypes that effectively communicate your design concepts. You possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, ensuring that your designs prioritize intuitive user experiences. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, is essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and senior stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Desirable
A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Familiarity with user research methodologies and the ability to derive insights from user personas will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer at Sigmoid, you will be responsible for designing interactive and complex products that cater to specific product workflows and user use cases. You will conduct user research activities to gain valuable insights, which will inform your design decisions and help optimize customer experiences. You will focus on aesthetic design, including layout, menus, drop-down options, colors, and fonts, while maintaining flexibility for interface adjustments as needed. Implementing best practices will be crucial to maintaining consistency across screens and ensuring optimal user experiences. You will create and maintain design documentation to support your design processes and facilitate collaboration with your team.
