Who you are
You are a versatile Product Designer with a strong background in UX design, ideally with experience in growth-focused projects. You thrive in environments where priorities shift frequently, and you can manage multiple workstreams without losing momentum. Your design quality sets the bar high, whether you're creating marketing landing pages or optimizing complex product flows. You have a keen eye for visual craft and understand the importance of user engagement and conversion rates in your designs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing business needs. You are familiar with design systems and know when to reuse patterns to maintain consistency across products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will primarily focus on Growth initiatives, designing landing pages and top-of-funnel experiences that drive user acquisition. You will also flexibly contribute to the Seller and Buyer domains as business priorities shift. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing campaigns, optimizing product flows, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure that your designs align with overall business goals. You will be expected to ship designs quickly and measure their impact on user engagement and conversion rates. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and driving the success of Opendoor's mission to simplify home buying and selling.
