You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments, and you understand the intricacies of building platforms that enhance user experiences. With 5+ years of experience, you have successfully led product initiatives that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, allows you to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. Your experience with identity and fraud prevention technologies is a significant asset, as you understand the challenges and opportunities in this space. You are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and can effectively communicate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve Signifyd’s Identity & Intelligence Platform, focusing on enhancing device intelligence and identity risk signals. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and developing a product roadmap that supports the company's mission to empower fearless commerce.
You will lead cross-functional teams in executing product initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will also involve monitoring product performance and iterating on features based on user feedback and data analysis. By fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, you will help drive the success of the Identity & Intelligence Platform and contribute to the overall growth of Signifyd.
