What you'll do
In this role, you will provide top-tier monitoring support to all customers, ensuring that every home is secure. You will receive and respond to multiple emergency and non-emergency alarm calls from customers and authority agencies, asking questions to interpret, analyze, and anticipate the callerβs situation. Your goal will be to resolve problems, provide information, and dispatch emergency services when necessary. You will enter clear and concise data into the computer system database to maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other account information. Your ability to stay calm under pressure will be crucial as you coordinate responses to various situations, ensuring that customers feel safe and supported.
